Reflex Grizzly Bows
Bows Manufacturer: Reflex
Reflex Model: Grizzly
Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows I got this Grizzly last year in July. I'm in Australia and it cost around $400 U.S to get the thing shipped and ready. I chose this bow because it looked like a good reliable compound at a brilliant price.
Things I like about the Reflex Grizzly Bows: This bow shoots sweet. I've passed it around the archery club and everyone was SOOOO envious. It just feels right in the hand. I haven't shot a compound that's so enjoyable...ever. This bow looks good and is very forgiving. It is almost silent with little or no hand shock.
What I don't like about the Reflex Grizzly: I shoot barebow now but I started off with sights and the only bad thing I could say about this bow is that the peep kept on twisting. This is easily fixed however by using a peep with rubber tubing attatched to the guide cables.
Bows Grizzly quality: This bow was an out of the box shooter. I'm not really into the technical side of bowhunting [I shoot barebow] but I can tell you I've never had to adjust a thing on this bow. The cam design is ingenious how the cams are slaved together and this means they're always in sync with each other. Great quality bow and being the little brother of Hoyt that's to be expected.
Grizzly summary: If you want a bow thats forgiving, reliable, rugged, fast, feels great and shoots sweet. Then the Reflex Grizzly is for you.
