Fred bear Instinct Bows
Bows Manufacturer: Fred bear
Fred bear Model: Instinct
Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows Bought it from BassPro shop in Springfield, mo. I wanted a fast good shooting bow at a great price. I paid $400 dollars for it.
Things I like about the Fred bear Instinct Bows: It is a small compact bow at 31" Axle-to-axle, love the parrall limbs, easy to shoot. It's light weight and I love the color combo.
What I don't like about the Fred bear Instinct: It appears to be easy to scratch and it needs to produce a little more speed. My bow is a 70lbs pull maxed out at 75lbs and 30" draw, I'd like to see the arrow speed a little closer to 290fps.
Bows Instinct quality: It has a great back wall, witch is easy to hold at full draw, you don't need a bow press to ajust the lenght 1" forward or backwards. The camo pattern looks good, but appears to scratch easy.
Instinct summary: I think this bow is comparable with a Mathews XT for the price, I've shot both of them and for $260 dollars less in the price tag you can't go wrong with the Instinct.
