Purchase: Bows log cabin store in Danbury ,wis great selection of outdoor supplies had this bow on sale 379 dollars so i tryed it out surprise surprise shot better than my switchback,i had heard it was a sleeper and its 31 inch axel to axel size and excellent balance had me going mmmmmimm.but when at 20 yards with no sights on it i shot 5 straight bulls ,i was sold.
Things I like about the jennings archery CK3 Bows: excellet construction ,high quality finish, ,good attention to detail ,balance is by far the best of any short one cam bow i've tryed the draw is velvet smooth and you hit the wall it drops off great and has a good creep zone before affecting accuracy and holds easy ,the bow i purchased was a 29inch draw 70lb pull,right hand model , i chronoed it at 308 amo the acuracy is excellent shot to shot and doesn't have any anoying squeaks to send mr antlers running,easy to change draw modules.
What I don't like about the jennings archery CK3: the lack of multiple camo color patterns so i can tell them apart easyer at home, ie. this one set up for moose, this one for spring turkey, this one for white tails.
Bows CK3 quality: a very nice machined riser and split limbed ,one cam fireball,top marks all the way ,tom did his home work on this one,thats for sure.
CK3 summary: also has a sister the ck3.4r top quality i'm hooked , sold my out back yesterday ,top of the line quality sure to pull a few more Matthews boys over to its ranks.
