High Country Stiletto 380 Bows
Bows Manufacturer: High Country
High Country Model: Stiletto 380
Review Category: Bows
Purchase: I purchased this bow off of the Internet. I reviewed all sorts of bows before deciding on this bow. I decided on this bow because of the reputation I have had with High Country Archery, the small size (31" axle to axle) and the speeds it can achieve. I paid $500.00 for the bow.
Things I like about the High Country Stiletto 380: I really like the small axle to axle (31") because I am only 5'6". It is extremely fast! I have a 28 inch draw length, 60 pound pull and using an 8.2 GPI arrow and getting 292 ft per second! It is extremely quiet! Came equipped with a "winner's choice" string. Little to no vibration!
What I don't like about the High Country Stiletto 380: The only thing that I don't like about the bow is there is no tapped hole on the inside of the riser. I would have liked to try a string stop silencer. But I can certainly live with with that.
Stiletto 380 quality: Quality is awesome! Mossy oak camo is superb.
Stiletto 380 summary: You cannot go wrong with this bow. I have shot High Country for years and have had any problems. FAST, FAST, FAST!!!! Quiet to boot! I can't wait to drill a deer with this bad boy! They will never hear or see it coming! This bow shoots so flat that I will probably need only 1 sight pin. I am going to try to shoot a carbon express CX 100 arrow since they are 6.5 GPI. Can you imagine the speed I am going to get? You just cannot go wrong with this bow. highcountryarchery.com Check one out! You'll be glad you did!
