Purchase: Bows I purchased the bow off of an E-bay sporting goods store. I shot countless numbers of bow before my purchase. Out of all the bows I tested I really liked how this one felt and how it shot. I paid $425.00 for it fully loaded.
Things I like about the Fred Bear archery The Truth Bows: The bow is extremely well constructed. It shoots like a dream, with hardly a whisper. There is virtually no hand-shock after the shot. The color scheme is also very cool.
What I don't like about the Fred Bear archery The Truth: The only real problem I had with this bow was the green paint on the brackets that held the limbs on scratched very easily when doing something like adjusting the draw weight.
Bows The Truth quality: The bow has outstanding construction. The quality is superb for a bow of its price.
The Truth summary: This is a wonderful bow all around. It is priced hundreds of dollars less then bow of comparable or lesser quality. The bow is easy to set-up and just as easy to shoot. I would highly recommend this bow to anyone who is looking for a new hunting or target bow.
