BowTech Allegiance Bows
Bows Manufacturer: BowTech
BowTech Model: Allegiance
Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows This is the first bow I have owned and was purchased from a local dealer. He set-up and tuned the bow prior to my purchase. I paid $799 plus the installed accessories.
Things I like about the BowTech Allegiance Bows: I really like this bow. It shoots smooth, fast with no jump. It has already made by shooting partner buy a new bow and now my girlfriend wants to start shooting. It will probably be an Edge from Diamond (made by BowTech).
What I don't like about the BowTech Allegiance: Since I am new to this sport, I can't find anything that is not top notch in quality. I don't believe that opinion will ever change.
Bows Allegiance quality: BowTech's Binary Cam System is solid and I also feel the InVelvet coating will protect the finish for many years.
Allegiance summary: Buying a new bow from a local dealer is the only way to get started in this sport. I am pretty sure I will buy another bow in the future as the technology moves forward and will be comfortable buying from a catalog at that time. I would be most likely to stay with BowTech because my local dealer took the time to get the right products in my hands.
