Cabela's Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls Hunting Outerwear
Hunting Outerwear Manufacturer: Cabela's
Cabela's Model: Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls
Review Category: Hunting Outerwear
Purchase: Hunting Outerwear This was purchased in the Cabela's store in St. Charles MO. for $229. I had an older set of insulated coveralls and wanted another.
Things I like about the Cabela's Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls Hunting Outerwear: These are WARM. Nice pattern.
What I don't like about the Cabela's Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls: Leg zippers do not come up high enough. Trying it on in the store with tennis shoes is a whole lot different than with "lugged" hunting boots. The inner liner is not connected to the outer and it moves a lot when you are trying to take it off. Putting it on requires a lot of arranging to get yourself comfortable. Don't try to do this inside a pop up blind.
Hunting Outerwear Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls quality: The construction seems very good(except for the above mentioned liner issue), I especially like the large size zippers. My previous set(Cabela's also) had small zippers that eventually had to be replaced one by one
Dry-Plus Insulated Coveralls summary: I bought these to stay warm. I do. The other annoyances I will live with. Insulated coveralls should have a "smoother" liner instead of the soft one and longer leg openings for easy entry and exit. If someone makes this let me know and I will sell these on E-bay.
