Diamond Gladiator Bows
Bows Manufacturer: Diamond
Diamond Model: Gladiator
Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows I Purchased this bow at Viking Archery in Houston, Texas for $499. I wanted a bow for hunting and a bow that was juat fun to shoot. I considered several different bows (Hoyt Razortech, Pearson Dagger and Bulldog, and various Mathews bows).
Things I like about the Diamond Gladiator Bows: I found the Diamond to draw as smooth as the Mathews and smoother than the Pearson. It is a extermely fast bow at IBO rating of 328fps. I tried to avoid choosing a bow for its speed but this bow seemed to have it all. It was smooth, short A2A (34-in), fairly priced and fast.
What I don't like about the Diamond Gladiator: If the grip was the same as the Pearson Dagger it would be perfect. The Diamond has a very nice wooden grip but the Pearson is much smaller.
Bows Gladiator quality: Very high quality in my opinion. I've had several positive comments from other archers who've never heard of Diamond.
Gladiator summary: High quality, fairly priced, short A2A for hunting and fast.
