Purchase: Bows I was in the market for my first bow and upon a few friends recommendations I went to a local archery shop in Hanover PA. (Marchio's Sport Hut). After explaining to the sales person this was my first bow and my budget was about 500.00, he outfitted me with the Hoyt MT Sport. Although this bow is basically their entry level bow, he had me shooting very consistant tight groups at 20 yards in no time at all. He spent a good two hours with me getting me fitted and tuned in. All said, I spent about 500.00 for everything but the bow itself was about 250.00.
Things I like about the Hoyt MT Sport Bows: From the start the bow was easy to shoot. Very accurate and extremely fast. I can't imagine what the high dollar bows do compared to this entry level model.
What I don't like about the Hoyt MT Sport: I guess the higher end bows are lighter which I can see would be nice, this bow is a bit heavy.
Bows MT Sport quality: Very well constructed.
MT Sport summary: Would recommend this bow if it fits your budget. All in all, very impressed with the Hoyt line of bows. Can't go wrong with any of them.
