N.A.P.- What’s different about N.A.P. ProSeries?Bow Hunting Gear- Forest Park, IL - What is so different about ProSeries? NAP took their best-selling products and made them even better. Each Thunderhead® ProSeries and Spitfire® ProSeries broadhead has micro-grooves in the ferrule which promote laminar flow, a principle used on golf balls. Laminar flow prevents air from “sticking” to surfaces minimizing planing for perfect flight control. The micro-grooved ferrule actually has less surface contact which means less drag and better penetration. You can actually feel the difference when you run your fingertip across the ferrule’s surface. ProSeries Broadheads also feature rust-proof, nickel-plated Trophy Tips that are 50% harder than stainless steel for bone-crunching results. With a 1 ½” cutting diameter, Spitfire ProSeries broadheads have three 0.030” thick rust-proof stainless steel Diamized® blades that are ground, honed and stropped to be the sharpest mechanical broadhead blades on the market. As with all Spitfires, no O-rings or rubberbands are used to hold the blades closed during flight. Instead, Spitfires use New Archery Products’ unique “snap locking” (patent pending) blade retention system and won't open prematurely even when shot out of today’s high performance bows. On impact though, the super-fast opening blades open in less than 8/10,000 of a second, in as little as ½ inch. The QuikTune® 1000 ProSeries arrowrest pairs ease of installation with true unrivaled performance! As with all QuikTunes, adjustments are made with just one size allen wrench that comes with each arrowrest. The QuikTune 1000 ProSeries features patented Fork Tamer® silencers. And to make set-up and tuning a snap, the QuikTune 1000 ProSeries has laser-etched gradations for both windage and elevation. And because the launcher spring tension adjustment is totally independent of windage and elevation adjustments, you won’t lose your settings when changing launcher vertical tension settings. Wth no external springs to hang up or come out of adjustment, this Bow rest is extremely durable –the vibration-resistant screws allow you to ‘set it and forget it’!
