CLICK HERE FOR Cabela Holiday GIFT CERTIFICATES AND CARDS Multiple layers of angled woven carbon fibers overlay an inner core of longitudinal fibers making shafts almost 30% stronger than hunting arrows of comparable weight but made using conventional construction. Radial X Weave arrows also exhibit tremendous resistance to both bending and twisting. Because the woven fibers wrap around the shaft at an angle, there is no seam so the spine stiffness of the shaft remains consistent. You don’t have to worry that one arrow will flex differently from another one. Nor do you have to place your fletching in just the right spot. The Predator is a new addition to the Radial X Weave family. It is the perfect shaft for serious bowhunters because it is not only consistent from one arrow to the next, it is straight to within +/- .003 inch. The Predator comes in three stiffness ranges. The 100 weighs 6.6 grains per inch, the 200 weighs 7.5 Radial X Weave Arrows grains per inch and the 300 weighs 8.6 grains per inch. These three sizes cover the most common range of draw weight and arrow length combinations used by bowhunters. However, for those who want a heavier shaft for taking down larger game, Carbon Force also introduces the new Black Mamba. It comes in just one size – 400 – and it weighs 9.2 grains per inch by itself, but when you insert the 12 grain per inch kinetic energy tube into the shaft, it reaches an amazing 21.2 grains per inch. This is comparable to the heaviest shafts on the market. The Black Mamba comes with stainless steel collars and inserts, instead of aluminum.
