Browning Expands Gator Fleece™ Outerwear Line for 2005

Hunting Gear - Browning

Hunting Gear - Browning, in partnership with Polartec®/Malden Mills, introduced a new line of hunting apparel called Gator-Fleece™ in 2004. For 2005 Browning has expanded the Gator Fleece line to include a 3-In-1 Parka with a zip-out liner vest that has PrimaLoft® insulation.

Gator Fleece features a rugged new surface-infusion technology from Polartec® that is tougher than 10-12 oz. canvas duck. The fabric is very abrasion resistant yet quiet enough for any hunting situation, even archery. Gator Fleece also sheds water and snow and is four times more windproof than regular fleece. Since Gator Fleece has no laminate or coating, it breathes and allows air circulation.

The new Gator Fleece 3-In-1 Parka has set-in sleeves with one piece, no seam construction. Adjustable, water- tight neoprene cuffs have hook and loop closures. Two lower cargo pockets have zipper closures and storm flaps. Two upper Ventilator™ pockets feature Waterguard™ zipper closures. The detachable, visored hood has shock cord adjustments with hoop and loop closures. The two-way front zipper closure has an internal storm flap and an internal waist draw-cord is adjustable from within the cargo pockets. The Parka is X-Change System compatible.

The PrimaLoft® insulated liner vest also features two outer zipper handwarmer pockets and one internal zippered security pocket. A knit collar and drawcord bottom are also featured. Available in Mossy Oak® New Break-up® in sizes S-3XL, the new Gator Fleece 3-In-Parka has a Suggested Retail, $320.00 in sizes S-XL and $350.00 in sizes 2XL-3XL.
