Hunting Gear - — Bushnell adds a new Red/Green Dot scope to its line of Trophy riflescopes in 2005. The new 1x28mm Red/Green Dot scope gives turkey hunters, slug gun hunters and handgun shooters the option of choosing either a green dot for low light conditions or a red dot for brighter light and better contrast.

With just a simple twist of the reticle selector knob, shooters can choose any of four reticle options — 3 M.O.A. dot, 10 M.O.A. dot, crosshair, or circle with dot in center—or switch from red to green dot. The unlimited eye relief and compact size make it ideal for handgun and shotguns hunters and competitive pistol shooters because the target acquisition is fast and easy under any shooting condition. Ruggedly built to perform reliably round after round, the new Red Dot will stand up to magnum-caliber handguns.

The 1x28mm Red/Green Dot scope features a one-piece tube design that is dry nitrogen purged and then sealed with an "O" ring to protect the optics against moisture and fog. Windage and elevation adjustments are 1/4" M.O.A.

Suggested retail for the Trophy 1x28mm Red/Green Dot is $131.95. It will be available at Bushnell dealers nationwide in 2005.
