Turkey Blend - Turkey makes a challenging wine match, not only because it has both light and dark meat, but also because its rich meat is not always friendly to dry wines. The "Turkey Blend" presents a solution by creating a balanced combination of California Central Coast Zinfandel, Grenache and Petit Syrah that will compliment wild turkey and most up-land game birds.

Waterfowl Blend - The "Waterfowl Blend" is a balance of California Central Coast Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache that is the perfect compliment to waterfowl including duck and goose. It also happens to work very well with wild boar and even pork.

Trout Blend - Produced from carefully selected, cool-climate grapes grown throughout California's Central Coast, the "Trout Blend" is a balanced combination of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier that will enhance most freshwater fish including trout, salmon, catfish, bass and many ocean game fish. Shellfish is also a great pairing.

Venison Blend - The "Venison Blend" is a carefully selected combination of California Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, bold enough to compliment venison but will also pair well with elk, antelope, and buffalo and happens to be great with beef.
