The King Kong Lounger XLS from Gorilla has a lot of nice features for a fixed position tree stand. The folks at Gorilla Treestands know they not only need to produce a safe and sturdy tree stand, but also one that is comfortable. If you’ve ever spent a day in a tree stand without enough room or with an uncomfortable seat the moments can pass like hours. Gorilla has incorporated comfort into their tree stands with such items as 2 inch thick detachable AirRide seat to provide all day comfort, a padded back rest which beats leaning against a tree and padded arm rails.

Another feature of this tree stand is the XLS which stands for Extreme Leveling System. The XLS allows you to fine tune the leveling of your tree stand, putting it in the position you feel most comfortable. The King Kong Lounger tree stand also has nylon bushings and washers to eliminate the sound of metal on metal which quickly scares game.

The tree stand attaches to the tree via a dual claw strap which attaches quickly to the tree and a cam-action platform which bites into the tree. Another plus for this fixed position tree stand is its seat height is 20 inches making it easy to stand up or sit-down.

The treestands platform size is 24” x 30” and it has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. Remember weight capacities count not only the hunters weight, but also the weight of his or her hunting gear.
