Crow's Nest ATV RampsThe newest addition to be marketable "Crow's Nest Family" is our ATV Ramps. We build two types. The long and short box styles. The long box type is 8 ft. in length. The short box version is 6ft. in length. Both styles fit inside the 6 and 8 ft. standard truck beds under the ATV after loading during transporting. The Long Box ramps weigh 24# and the Short Box ramps weigh 19#. The Ramps are designed in a bridging style. This gives them their heavy-duty rating and makes them stronger, more durable and safe. They too are made of extruded aluminum. Our ramps are useable two ways. They can be used "Rails Up" for loading ATV's and small garden equipment or used with "Rails Down" for a flat surface to load snowmobiles or larger equipment. They are designed with rungs between the side rails rather than a flat surface to insure better wheel traction when loading equipment. The wheels, of the equipment being loaded, tend to use the rungs as stops. This type of design is a safety feature for the user. An open loading surface also allows the excess sand, mud, snow and water debris to fall to the ground while loading and not build up on the ramps, making them less slippery and easer to keep maintained and clean.
