Instead of wearing a solid color ear muff that game might recognize as out of place in the outdoors, the Hunter’s Ears™ offer concealment while hunting. The Hunter’s Ears™ are currently available in Mossy Oak New Break Up®, Realtree Hardwoods® Green HD™, and Advantage® Max-4 HD™. Since the Hunter’s Ears™ are ear muffs, they will provide warmth while hunting in cold conditions. This electronic muff will provide complete coverage of your ears to eliminate any brisk winds while not only allowing the hunter to hear, but actually pinpoint sounds that might not have been heard before. For the waterfowl hunter that usually has to wear some sort of coverage over his ears to stay warm there is now an alternative. The Hunter’s Ears™ have a practical design that was constructed with the shooter in mind. There are two easy-access external battery compartments that hold 3 AAA batteries each. These batteries provide approximately 280 hours of continuous use. The batteries are included with the product along with two replacement microphone covers. The ear muff has an adjustable headband for a comfortable fit and it also collapses for easy storage. The low profile design of the ear cups were constructed not interfere with most gun stocks. Not only do the Hunter’s Ears™ enhance the sounds of the outdoors while providing concealment, warmth, and comfort, they also protect your ears from muzzle blast sounds. They automatically compress harmful impulse and continuous noises to a safe hearing range below 85 dB while allowing normal outdoor sounds to be heard without clipping or cutting. If a shooter is on a shooting range, he will still be able to hear the instructor without having to remove the hearing protection while other firearms are discharging. If a hunter is in the woods using a turkey call, duck call, or elk call, he will still be able to hear a response due to the compression technology while still offering protection from sounds above 85 dB.
