Fishing Boats - Crestliner® announces the new Serenity Series, a 2004 mid-year introduction

Fishing Boats - Press Release

Fishing Boats - Little Falls, MN… The new Crestliner Serenity Series is built on the wide, proven, smooth-riding Sportfish hull and packed with features at a great price. This all-welded 17° aluminum hull has a reverse-chine design for quick planing and a high, dry ride. Available in 17, 18 and 20-foot models, Serenity Series boats all have conversion bows that switch between cushioned bow seating and a big casting deck in a matter of seconds. Plus there are no loose cushions or parts that require disassembly or storage.

Like all Crestliner boats, this new model is designed with the angler in mind. It features a large 22-gallon aerated livewell with bait bag, 3 comfortable Concept DX fishing chairs, lockable rod storage with rod holders, a bow trolling motor outlet and port/starboard “toe holds” that assist anglers when fighting fish.

For comfortable cruising, the Serenity Series has an extra-tall, wrap-around windshield made from crystal-clear safety glass. The walk-through design provides easy access to the bow. Behind the windshield, boaters will appreciate the roomy cockpit, under-console storage and spacious seating area.

Other standard Serenity Series features include an extruded gunnel system (X.G.S.), Dock-Gard gunnel bumper, an SL3 elevated helm with custom panels and breaker switches, stern casting deck with storage, 12-volt power outlet, navigation lights, bilge pump and much more. “Fish-and-ski customers will appreciate the value of this new model. It’s simply a lot of boat for the money,” said Jim Antolik, Crestliner VP of marketing and sales.

Serenity’s welded Tru-V UniWeld hulls carries Crestliner’s exclusive LIFETIME+3 Protection Plan, the best warranty on the water. It covers external hull welds for life to the original owner and virtually everything else from bow to stern for three years.
