Berkley® Vanish® Snelled HooksLive bait users have relied on snelled hooks for generations. The direct pull provided by the turned down hook eye on the snell hook increases hook setting efficiency. Now Berkley makes snelled hooks using Berkley Vanish fluorocarbon fishing line. Vanish fluorocarbon fishing line refracts light similar to water making the line virtually invisible under water. Fish can’t see the line so the chances of spooking the fish are greatly reduced. The Vanish line is hand tied to the hook with a hand tied Albright loop at the opposite end for easy attachment to the main fishing line. Two hook styles are available. A conventional bait hook and an Aberdeen hook in a bright gold finish. Snelled leaders on both hook styles measure eight inches long.
