It can be said in 2007 Mathews has put at least one of their new bows on a diet. The new bows I’m speaking of are the Mathews Drenalin. These bows are designed using Mathews SlimLimb technology which reduces the bows limbs from 1.5” to 1.1” the result is a significant reduction in the bows weight. Mathews new Drenalin Bows weigh in at 3.85 pounds making them some of the lightest bows on the market. Using the SlimLimb Technology Mathews has made these bows slimmer, lighter and tougher. Adrenalin bows are 33” in length and have a perimeter weighted cam. The Drenalin is also quieter featuring harmonic dampeners, roller guard, string suppressors and the bows parallel limbs to reduce vibrations. IBO Rating - 320 FPS Draw Lengths - 25” – 30” Axle to Axle Length – 33” Weight – 3.85 pounds Let Off – 60-80% Suggested Retail is $849.00 Although I have yet to shoot one of these bows the initial word on the street is these are some of the sweetest shooting bows yet from Mathews.
